JOHNCO PALLETS founded in the year 2000, to cater to the export industry which was facing quality issues in the export wood packing materials. Since then we have been involved in supplying quality wooden packing material as pallets, skids and boxes to various reputed export houses. We select quality pine wood and rubber wood from sustainably managed plantations and supply wooden packing material as per our customer requirements and specifications. Our high capacity production unit consists of equipment such as the imported Wood Mizer sawmills (German) , band saws, plainers, forklifts, pallet nailing guns, Heat Treatment chamber, own vehicles for transport of pallets. Our technical team can guide you on matters related to ISPM 15 procedures for wooden packing material in both Methyl bromide fumigation and Forced Hot Air Treatments (FHAT) standards. We will also be able to guide the customer with the right quality of the wood and packing specifications utilizing our industry experience and knowledge of phytosanitary requirements of all countries.
